Technical Recruiter
The process was pretty straight forward. I had a screening phone call with an internal recruiter. Then I came in for an in person office visit. I interviewed with three people there, all one on one but back to back. The offer was extended shortly after the in person interview.

Recruiter
I talked to an internal recruiter, then a few managers interviewed me. They gave me some reading material. Everyone was chill and friendly, and the interviews weren't hard. They said their hiring team would reach out. Two days later, I got a messed-up email saying my background was good but not a fit, which probably means they liked someone else more for their vibe. I tried to reply to say thanks and ask what I could do better, but got blocked. That's never happened before and it felt super unprofessional. I rearranged my work schedule twice for this and felt like it was rude to get that kind of canned response and then get blocked. I expected more from a company that's all about staffing. I also got the sense that their recruiters are just trying to hit their numbers, so they push a lot of people through. My tip is to be ready, but mostly just be yourself and let your personality show.
- What makes you want to be a recruiter with our company, how soon can you start, and are you in final rounds with any other places?
- Why do you want to recruit for us, when can you start, and do you have other final interviews?
- Tell me why you want this recruiter role, when you're available to start, and if you have other interviews ongoing.
Technical Recruiter
So first I had this on-campus interview thing, it was like 30 mins. It was pretty basic, I just talked about myself, like my major and stuff. It was super chill, like they just wanted to get a feel for me and my personality. Then, I hopped on a phone call with the VP of Medasource. This was also pretty laid back, he mostly just chatted about what the company does. After that, I went to Hoboken for an on-site. I went to the Brooksource office and met with like 4 or 5 different people there.
- What's your understanding of Medasource?
- What makes you want to work for Medasource?
- Can you share about your experiences on campus?
