First I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then I got an email assignment to write an email to a prospect. After that, I met with hiring managers to go over my email assignment and some regular SDR interview questions. Finally, I met with a VP or someone higher up.

The hiring process was fast but it was disorganized between interviewers. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or have any real information about the process. The recruiter call and the interviews with peers were good though.

I applied online and a recruiter got in touch pretty quickly! The first chat was on the phone, and the recruiter was super easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. After that, I got an assignment that was basically a trial run for the job. It was actually a cool way to learn about Medallia and customer experience! The next interview was a 45-minute Zoom call where I really got a feel for what it's like to work there and what it takes to be part of the team. To wrap things up, I had a 2-hour Zoom call with four managers. The whole thing was pretty fast, they were flexible, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. :)
