Project Manager
I was contacted on Linkedin and went through two interview sessions. Unfortunately, they canceled the final interview a day before it was scheduled, saying they would get back to me because the interviewer was unavailable. However, they never did, even after I sent some reminders. After a few months, they informed me that they didn't have the budget and canceled all open positions in that area.
- Tell me about the biggest challenge you faced in your past projects.
Project Manager
I had a recruiter interview. I emailed them several times but they ghosted me. Every month or so, they'd send an apology saying they were still advocating for me, then ghost me again. I eventually gave up.
- What is your motivation for joining Medallia?
- Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your professional aspirations?
Project Manager
The interview process began with a chat with the senior PM who would be my supervisor. It was a pretty relaxed conversation with easy questions. After that, I met with two IT managers, and the final interview was with the CIO. Each interview lasted about half an hour. Everyone seemed really friendly and approachable, and they clearly enjoyed their work, which made me feel like it would be a great place to be. They were actually looking to hire someone more junior, but my resume seemed to indicate a higher level of experience than they were expecting. However, the CIO seemed to think my background would be a good fit and valuable for the company.
- Can you describe the most challenging project you've managed and explain how you handled the difficult circumstances?
