This was a really long and involved interview process. They asked questions that fit with what a big company would expect. It was super competitive. People interviewing me had been there ages. They weren't always the most flexible with me, but that's just how big companies can be. It was a lot.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and a recruiter got in touch. Then the hiring manager called me for a phone interview. It was super straightforward, the guy was nice. He asked a bunch about the company, what I'm up to now, and why I wanted to switch jobs. The next step was an in-person interview with the same hiring manager. I asked a ton of questions, and we chatted about the daily operations, the company stuff, the role itself, and what they expect performance-wise. I thought it went really well and the hiring manager seemed to like my feedback. About a week later, I moved to the next interview stage, which I also felt went great (maybe too great, haha). This interview had more situational questions. I was super hyped about the job and sent thank-you emails the next day. The hiring manager even replied with a thank you. Then I just waited. A week later, I called the hiring manager but got no response. I also emailed a few days after that and emailed the recruiter too. That was like 7 months ago. I never even got a rejection email or any word. Two months ago, I saw the job posting was back up, so I asked the hiring manager if I should reapply and they said yes. Still heard nothing since then - no formal rejection either. So I finally just withdrew my application. Maybe something weird was going on internally and they just never got around to closing the posting. I was pretty bummed about the complete lack of follow-up though, honestly, I felt like the time I invested at least deserved a heads-up that I didn't get the job or wasn't being considered anymore.

Behavioral Presentation

The interviewers were really nice and asked questions that helped me understand myself and my career goals better. It started with me speaking English, and then they asked more about what I said and my past work. After the interview, I felt I understood myself and my career path more.
