Behavioral Presentation

I first connected with the HR recruiter at my University. The day after the presentations, I had an onsite interview. During the interview, I was asked some behavioral questions and it felt like a relaxed setting. After the interview on campus, I was invited to have a telephone interview with two people working in my desired area. The phone interview didn't go well, and that was the end of my application process with Mead Johnson.

Behavioral

I connected with the recruiter at a career fair, even though I had already applied online. They called me back the next day for a 1:1 interview. It was mostly basic behavioral questions. The recruiter mentioned Mead Johnson is good for switching career paths and that full-time Industrial Engineer roles are in-house, not consulting. I thought it seemed like a good starting place, but wasn't sure about full-time.
