The interview process was pretty straightforward. It began with a phone call with an HR coordinator that went for about 40 minutes. After that, I had a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager and another team member.

I spoke with two people from HR. They asked me a bunch of situational questions, like 'Tell me about a time when...' and 'How would you handle this scenario?'. I talked about my past work and how I use the tools they mentioned in the job description. It felt really awkward, and I don't think they were really listening. They gave me about two minutes to ask questions and said they'd let me know about next steps by the end of the week. The next week, they emailed to say I didn't get the job. I thought, 'Yeah, I hope you wouldn't offer the job to someone you only talked to for ten minutes.' It was just a weird experience overall.

First, there was a quick 15-30 minute phone chat to discuss my resume and skills. After that, I had an on-site interview with the team which was about an hour and a half long. This on-site interview mainly consisted of standard behavioral questions and discussions about my relevant past experience.
