The interview started with a round of introductions in English, followed by a discussion of project experience in Chinese. Then we talked about how to handle challenging scenarios and coping with stress. There were also quizzes, and we touched on dream careers, hobbies, and my thoughts on the role. The vibe was pretty chill, not too intense, and they were cool about respecting everyone's time.

The interview experience was quite strange and the interviewer was a bit unpleasant. They offered a very low salary, which made me realize this wasn't a good fit. I countered with a much higher salary, but they declined. It's been months, but I'm sharing this now because I heard about a young woman who died at their office after managers allegedly didn't let her go home or call an ambulance. I hope they go out of business.

They didn't really have an interview. They sent me a journal article and asked me to edit it. The article needed a lot of work on language and structure.
