I had a phone interview with HR. The interviewer asked me a lot of questions about info from the company website and then told me why she thought I wasn't a good fit. She also didn't share much about the job or mgmt, just buzzwords like 'strategic partnership' and 'relationship building'. It was a strange experience and felt like a waste of time for both of us. My advice for management is that HR people are like brand ambassadors in the industry. They should aim for positive and informative interactions with all candidates. You might not hire someone, but you never know where your next big client referral might come from!

Behavioral Presentation Other

Started with a phone interview with HR. Then had 2 in person interviews and also a marketing test. The phone and first in person interview went well, but the last in person one was not great. The interviewer was late and in a bad mood. She read questions from her computer and seemed uninterested. It was hard to talk with her because she didn't seem to care. I had submitted my test early so she could review it. At the end, she asked if I submitted my test, and I said yes, 2 days ago. I liked the company and the first interviews, but the last one really turned me off. I didn't get an offer, but I would have declined anyway.

The process from screening to offer takes quite a while. It's a well-executed process, just a bit slow. People hired here tend to stay, and they are well-selected. You do need to prepare for the interview.
