I had a very strenuous and lengthy interview process, however because of the in depth information received about the expectations and the great information about the company I was very appreciative of the process. I had a chance to interview on the phone with the HR personnel, then the GM, then the Regional GM and then a gentleman in corporate. Although this may seem overwhelming to some, it actually made me more interested in a company that wanted to make sure they hired a quality and qualified candidate.

The recruiter dragged me along for about a month, giving me weekly calls, setting up interviews, and then putting me on hold. Eventually, I was told the position was filled but they had another role for me. I never heard back and got ghosted. It really hurt my confidence and was super unprofessional.
