The interview process was long and had several stages, starting online and then moving to an in-person component. It took about 3 months from when I applied. First, there were HR calls for initial screening. References were asked to complete some paperwork to provide feedback on my past work.

So the interview had a presentation part first, it was about an hour long, where I had to present on a topic related to the role, using my skills and examples from past work. After that, there was a panel of questions from people in the school and staff who work with students, also lasting about an hour. I think there was a recruiter call before this as well.
