Purchasing Specialist
You begin with a phone interview to weed out unsuitable candidates. Then, there are two in-person interviews. The first in-person interview involves a 15-minute presentation about McLane and yourself, presented to about five category managers. It might be a bit nerve-wracking, but dedication to the job will see you through. The final interview, if you make it that far, is a sit-down with five category managers where they'll ask you questions, and you'll have the chance to ask them questions too.
