It was a very behavioral interview. Lots of questions about my personal life and who I am as a person. I was told to be ready to ask my own questions. The interviewer clarified the job description much more than listing it out.

Behavioral Presentation

I landed this interview through a personal recommendation from my professor. Typically, you'd apply on their website, but my process was on-site. It felt more like a tour combined with a Q&A. I spoke with my direct manager and their boss, and the vibe was super casual. We mainly chatted about my personal life, my goals, and the company's culture. They're basically trying to see if I'm dependable, can think outside the box, and show potential. McKinney seems like a fantastic place to work, so definitely seize the chance if you get it!

Behavioral

I applied for this role online. After about three weeks, I got an email to schedule an in-person interview. I managed to book it with the recruiter for about a week later. The interview was at the Durham office and lasted around 30-40 minutes. A week after that, I followed up and found out I didn't get the job.
