The interview process felt a little harder than usual, especially when they gave me the questionnaire. But the recruiters were nice and said I could leave questions blank if I didn't know the answer. The face-to-face interview involved them explaining the company's background, its divisions, and business units. The goal was to learn more about my background, experience, and personality to see if I'd be a good fit for the role. Since it had been a while since my last interview, I was a bit nervous and didn't answer perfectly, but it was a good chat about recruitment. I learned a lot and got a better sense of the recruitment field, which made me more confident for future interviews.

The interviewer was super helpful and gave me great info and advice for the job. I could tell they really wanted me to pass the CEI exam and join the team. They were patient with all my questions. I also met my manager and director, which helped me see if I'd fit in with my potential boss. The office vibe felt lively and friendly.
