First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MCI.
Sales Representative
It was a quick process, just one 30-minute call with Erin. I got an offer about a week later, and they sent several emails detailing the offer and benefits.
- Can you share your previous experience?
- Describe how you'd handle different customer situations.
- What qualities do you possess that make you a good fit for this role?
Sales Supervisor
It was a phone interview first, then I had two rounds of in-person interviews. They had me take tests for PC skills and stuff. I also got to sit with someone who works there now to see the systems they use live. This also gave me a chance to check out the workplace vibe.

Inside Sales Representative
I applied online and heard back from TM One in a few days. I had an onsite interview but didn't hear back for a while. Over three weeks later, I heard back about a different position. When I got there, my application wasn't on file, so I had to fill it out again and was then interviewed. Later that day, I got a job offer for the second role, with a start date the next Monday, dependent on drug test results.
- Were most of the questions ones you've heard before from other hiring firms?
