It was pretty simple. First, there was a phone call to screen me, where we went over the basics like 'tell me about yourself' and talked about what the job involves. After that, there was a short behavioural interview that lasted about 15-20 minutes. Depending on the department, it could be in-person or virtual, as I've experienced both. All in all, it was a pretty relaxed process.

You'll have an interview with the office manager and HR folks. They'll ask you some questions about your CV, like normal. They're not trying to grill you, just checking if you can talk clearly, manage your workload, and really pay attention to the small stuff (which is super important!). The vibe during the interview is pretty chill.

It was about 20 minutes in their department, then a 40 minute computer test after that. The total time was about 1 hour. The interviewers were super friendly and the questions were pretty clear.
