I had messaged an HR representative back in May 2019 after going to OTC and she replied back to me within 3 months in September for a face-to-face interview. I was first interviewed by a Project Manager who I would be working under if I got the job. He looked at my resume and asked me a few questions, after I answered his questions I asked some of my own questions. He proceeded to take me to his supervisor who asked me questions about my resume and the role of the job.

The interview process was pretty fast. I had one-on-one chats with about 3 or 4 managers to see if I would be a good fit for the project they have. They were mostly interested in my previous work. The HR team also went over the benefits, which seemed pretty standard.
