The initial screening happened over Zoom. After that, there was a callback interview, also conducted via Zoom. This callback involved sessions with both partners and associates, which is pretty typical for most large law firms.

Behavioral Technical

The office space in Bishopsgate was really impressive. I was interviewed by two partners. One of them was qualified in the same jurisdiction as me and knew about my previous employers and the deals I'd worked on. They really focused on specific skills I'd used in past transactions and dug deep into why I chose certain structures or techniques. They had clearly read my CV carefully and questioned everything I mentioned, so be prepared to talk about any detail on your CV!
