I was contacted by email to set up the initial phone screen interview with HR, then had a follow up phone interview with the Operations Manager. Then I was scheduled for a series of in-person interviews with other Team Managers, the Plant Manager, HR and QA as well as the Operations Manager. It was a very thorough process and took about 4 hours in total.
