It was a good interview with the people you'd actually be working with on the projects. The vibe was great and they let you guide the conversation and give your input. The panel was professional and took responsibility for their interactions.

It was pretty thorough. First, a phone call, then a background check. After that, an online psychological test, a drug screening, and more computer tests right before the in-person interview. I then met with two people at the company's main office. They told me how I did right then and there. A recruiter called me afterward, and I got an offer in the mail.

Behavioral Other

Everyone I talked to was great. They also had me do a psych eval and a type of critical thinking eval. While the numerical assessment and the critical thinking one were fun to do. I hate the psych evals because it asks ridiculous questions that you then have 5 options to choose from Strongly disagree to strongly agree. For example "I enjoy working for a company that is for profit"... WHY would I care. I am looking for employment not to volunteer... All those psych evals are bull and have been proven bull. All they do is get you fake people who know the "right" answer.
