I was reached out to and spoke with someone in person. Then I sent an email to show my interest. After that, I had a few phone calls to set up the interview. The interview itself was enjoyable and the people were really nice. Later, I got a call about my location preference, and then they offered me the job over the phone. A few days later, I received the official offer email.

It was pretty easy, they didn't really ask a lot of questions. They mainly wanted to gauge my passion for the role and see how I'd handle day-to-day responsibilities. No difficult or technical questions came up. The whole thing was straightforward and quick.

I applied online after hearing about the company through my university. About 3 weeks later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. Then, about 2 weeks after the phone interview, I heard back to schedule an in-person interview. For both the phone and in-person interviews, they were looking for people who are interested in and motivated about construction. It was a very laid-back and comfortable process. They wanted to know more about me rather than dissect my resume.
