Account Executive
I had two interviews for this job. The first one was with an Account Manager and Account Director over Teams. They asked me how my experience and skillset would fit the role, and also about my personal interests. It was a good chat, giving both sides a chance to get to know each other and see if it was a good fit. My second interview was in person with a Group Account Director and two Account Directors. I had to give a short presentation on a project from my university placement year. Afterward, they asked questions about the presentation and more role/competency-based questions. It was harder than the first interview, as expected, but the interviewers were all really welcoming.
- General questions about your competencies
Account Executive
I had several interviews for this junior role, but after I took my third day off work for the third interview, they just vanished. Complete ghosting! It was pretty frustrating considering how valuable time off is in this field.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next decade?
Account Executive
It was a super smooth process, the interviewers were really nice. It was a video interview, with questions on motivation, background check, also discussion regarding the experience, and a lot of questions on me. They also talked about what they are waiting for, and the requirements.
- How are you doing?
- Are you settling in well in Montreal?
