They contacted me for a video call with the department head. They found me to see if I was interested in the position they were offering. I didn't have an in-person interview because, in the end, they were looking for a different profile.

First, there was an introductory call with HR to go over the role and set up the next interview. Then, I had an HR interview where we discussed the role, I talked about myself and my resume, and I picked a marketing move the company made that I liked and explained why. After that, there were computerized psychotechnical tests that took 3-4 hours, which I could do at the office or at home. Finally, I had a VP interview where they explained the company more and we talked about why I'm interested in the role and if I'd be a good fit.

Behavioral Presentation

I had two interviews for this job. The first one was with an Account Manager and Account Director over Teams. They asked me how my experience and skillset would fit the role, and also about my personal interests. It was a good chat, giving both sides a chance to get to know each other and see if it was a good fit. My second interview was in person with a Group Account Director and two Account Directors. I had to give a short presentation on a project from my university placement year. Afterward, they asked questions about the presentation and more role/competency-based questions. It was harder than the first interview, as expected, but the interviewers were all really welcoming.

First, there was a recruiter screen and an initial interview with two current people partners. That went well, though one of them is leaving. The next stage was a presentation interview that kept getting scheduled and then cancelled/rescheduled, so it took about a month to finally set up. I used that time to prepare my presentation. The final interview was with the enterprise MD, Jeremy, and another senior people partner. They mostly talked amongst themselves about other things during my presentation and even yawned. It took almost two weeks to get feedback, which was disappointing.
