The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were two rounds total. The first was remote over Zoom, and the second was in person. The interviewers were nice people. They asked some questions about my background and the things I’ve worked on.

I had an initial phone call about the job, and they mentioned I'd need to do a questionnaire to check if I was a fit. If the results were good, they'd schedule an interview. The next day, I got a call to set up a Zoom interview. I had one interview, and the day after that, they called with a job offer.

The interview process involved three remote interviews via Microsoft Teams, followed by an IQ test. I felt the interviewers were dull and lacked energy, and the overall experience was drawn out over three weeks for an entry-level role I was overqualified for. They then asked me to take a pseudoscience IQ test. I found this lack of respect for my time and the unlisted wage to be significant red flags.

The interview process was pretty good and they were upfront about everything. There were multiple rounds of interviews. They asked questions and then gave me time to ask my own questions. They also asked me if I had any other offers. There was communication after the interview.
