I received an email about the OA on September 3rd, then there was silence. Later, I got another email explaining a glitch in their system, and then I received the OA link on September 11th. I completed the OA the same day. On September 17th, I got another email stating my skills don't match their requirements. I replied asking why I was shortlisted if my skills didn't match. After a day, I received another email saying my assessment wasn't up to par. Honestly, what kind of recruitment process is this?

I had an interview in October 2021. The interviewer was less experienced than me and it was not the person initially scheduled. I answered 6 out of 7 questions. I didn't hear back for a week, so I emailed with no response for another week. I called HR for feedback, but she didn't pick up. After another week, she finally picked up but hung up when I asked for feedback. This was a really bad experience, especially from a company like McAfee. They couldn't arrange a proper interview or provide feedback, which makes me feel lucky I wasn't selected. It was a horrible experience.
