I had a few phone interviews, and then went to their office in Plano, TX for an in-person interview. The sales area felt like a call center with tiny cubicles packed together, and it was really loud. People were walking around talking loudly on headsets, and many were dressed very casually. The manager who interviewed me was dressed for a night out. I think it could be a good place for people new to sales to get experience, but it wasn't for me. I got an offer a week later, but it wasn't that competitive compared to others. A coworker said McAfee was a 'nightmare and full of children,' so I'm glad I didn't go there.

I got an initial call where they asked some questions and said they'd call back if they were interested. After 3 days, I got a callback and scheduled a 1:1 with HR, who asked typical interview questions. Another 3 days passed, and I got called back for a group interview. In that round, we all answered questions, introduced ourselves, and then each of us had a one-on-one chat with the manager. They called me back 5 days later to offer me the job and discuss salary and benefits.
