I met the recruiter at a career fair and then had a one on one interview a week later with an analyst who had recently graduated college. They were very open about the compensation structure and the fees associated with working in the office, which caught me off guard. The pitch was that if you sell enough and find your niche, the money will come regardless of the structure.

It was an easy interview process. They started with a webinar about the company which was nice. The first round was a phone call where we talked a lot about compensation. I couldn't make it to the second round in person because of work, but they were cool about it and still gave me a job offer.
