Applied on the website - HR call of 15 min - 20 min to see if you are a good fit for the position in terms of experience and what you are looking to do - Salary range - 1st interview with a manager via video call: motivation interview + presentation of experiences and why you are there - 2nd interview with a senior manager via video call: motivation interview + presentation of experiences and why you are there + a questionnaire at the end on the website that you will do on your own which contains questions in French and English concerning the firm. - 3rd interview with a senior partner in person: motivation interview + presentation of experiences and why you are there. Very long process that took a month and a half to get a refusal because the senior partner sees a mismatch between my profile and the firm, without giving more details. You must always keep in mind the complete presentation of the firm because everyone will ask you what you know and what you have retained from the last discussions.

During these interviews, you can highlight your professional experiences and skills. You might also be asked to participate in a role-playing scenario.

Had a quick chat with HR and then a 1-hour video call with a manager. HR was good, gave quick and complete feedback. The manager interview was just okay. You might interview with someone who isn't your direct manager depending on the sector you pick, so it's important to ask about that beforehand. The vibe with my interviewer wasn't great, felt a bit closed off, but maybe you'll have better luck! My interview went like this: their background, my background, digging into experiences and motivations, a more detailed presentation of MC2i and career paths. It's key to really know the AMOA job description as MC2i sees it and link it to your experiences (they have online podcasts if you're interested) and also understand the company's specifics – you'll get questions on that. Ideally, try to research 1-2 of their current projects.
