The hiring process took five weeks and included three consecutive interviews with a Senior Consultant, a Manager, and then a Senior Partner. Everything went well, and HR didn't mention any issues. However, it's confusing to be rejected at the final stage for lacking experience, especially since MC2I claims to hire recent graduates. While this criterion is valid, it should have been mentioned earlier. I still appreciate the professionalism and quality of the conversations. On the other hand, the HR communication lacked clarity and flow, which negatively impacted the overall perception of the process.

Overall, it was a decent experience. The process was transparent but had many steps. I didn't click with one of the managers during an interview. The position didn't meet my expectations. I appreciate the transparent feedback, but I'm disappointed they criticized me for not being open about the missions. You should be upfront about the actual job you're offering instead of hiding it behind a generic 'IT Consultant' title.
