mc2i General Intern Interview Questions
& Process

I sent my CV to mc2i through a friend who works there. First, I had to fill out an online profile on their website. Then, an HR person called me. We had a short 20-minute chat about my motivations. At the end of that call, we scheduled a first interview with a manager. This interview lasted about 1.5 hours. We quickly went over my CV. Then, I got a comprehensive presentation of the company and had to do a 10-minute written presentation at the end. The very next day, I was contacted for a second interview with an operational unit director. This interview was shorter (around 1 hour) and a bit more challenging. They dug deep into my CV, my motivations, and my future prospects. At the end of the interview, the director excused himself briefly and returned with an internship offer.

Had a phone chat with HR about my motivation, career goals, and what I knew about the company. Then, a first in-person meeting where I presented my university background, talked about the company, and wrote a summary about the interview. Finally, a second in-person meeting to discuss why I want to join mc2i and delve deeper into my past work experiences.

We had a two-step interview process. First, you'll meet with a consultant manager. They'll go over MC2I group's operations, positioning, and strategy in detail, and then ask you to present your background. The second interview is with an operational person, who will ask about your reasons for wanting to join the group.
