The interview was really easy and relaxed. I felt super confident, honest, and authentic the whole time, which made the conversation flow naturally and the whole experience pretty comfortable and positive.

Submitted my resume and then got an email to schedule a phone interview. I sent over a couple of times that worked for me. I didn't get a confirmation, but instead, the recruiter called a few days later, right around the time I suggested, and seemed to not care that she didn't follow up. The interview itself was pretty boring and a total waste of time.

I met with the head of HR and a studio director. We discussed my previous work, MBH's structure, my career ambitions, and general work speed. I was initially nervous, but it got really casual when the studio director's son came in wanting to play, which helped me relax.

Had a phone chat with the HR Director first, then met in person with the principals. It was great because my background lined up almost perfectly with what they needed. I'd also worked for one of their main rivals at a very similar role, and they had a project that was ready to go, just waiting for the right person.
