The interview process was great. They communicated really well and were upfront about all the steps, who would be involved, and what to expect. Most importantly, everything was transparent, not just from the interview team but also from other people at the company I talked to for more info.

  • The final interview will be a mock discovery/intro call, so make sure you know the company, who we are targeting, and the specific company you are calling. Most importantly, be yourself.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process began with a recruiter screening call, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a C-suite executive. The final stage involved a role play or presentation before a decision was made. The recruiter outlined the entire process, including the number of stages and expected timelines. Salary expectations were also discussed during this initial call to ensure alignment before a potential offer. The communication was very clear throughout, making the process feel smooth and professional, which I believe reflects the company's culture and values.

Behavioral Presentation Case

Applied as a remote candidate. Started with an HR screening, which was super smooth, easy and friendly. Then had a call with the Director of Sales, lots of sales questions, but still very positive and friendly. Next was a test demo of their product for several people from the Sales team, this I found quite hard as I was new to the product. Finally, a culture fit interview.
