I interviewed with them, and the interviewers seemed happy with my answers. The questions were typical, but I got ghosted at the end with no feedback on whether I got the job. I figured they probably had a lot of applicants, so it was okay since the interviewers were nice.

The whole process from applying to finding out the result took about a month. The interview was about 15-20 minutes long. I thought I'd have to do a written test, but that didn't happen for me. I spoke with two partners and someone from HR. Everyone was super nice and it was a really relaxed vibe. They didn't really ask direct questions, it felt more like a conversation. They asked about my hobbies from the application and wanted to know more about me personally.

The assessment centre took place over two days. If you successfully completed the group exercise and fact-finding exercise, you would then proceed to the partner interview. The partner interview was quite laid-back; they were really nice and welcoming. Make sure to be ready to talk more if you mention you're interested in something, because they really want to know more about you and what you like.
