The interview process was nice and relaxed, with communicative and friendly staff. The people were great, and there were only two rounds without a heavy technical assessment. They look for background in engineering, not particular of the type. The location in Katy, Texas is undesirable but the people are good.

I sent in my CV and then got an interview. It felt pretty chill. They said they'd let me know in a week, but that was it, no word.

The interview had three people: the Managing Director, an Engineer, and HR. The questions asked were pretty standard, nothing too out of the ordinary for interviews like 'tell us about yourself,' 'your pros and cons,' and 'what do you know about us?'. It's always a good idea to be more prepared than you think you need to be. I brought my portfolio and examples of my previous work, which they seemed to really like. So yeah, definitely overprepare. The main thing is to be confident in what you're saying.
