The process was smooth but it took months to get a decision. I only had one interview and no exams. This might differ by department, so take my experience with a grain of salt.

Behavioral Technical

Interviews are pretty quick and relaxed. Usually, there are about 2-3 steps, starting with HR and then the hiring manager. For some roles, you might have to do tests that are specific to the job. They typically ask about you, your typical activities, and your motivation for the role.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty standard. First, a call with the recruiter to go over what to expect. Then, an interview with a manager or a panel where I talked about my past experience, what I like, and a couple of situation/problem-solving type questions. Finally, they made an offer. They were pretty fast in letting me know about my application status.
