Met the head recruiter at a career fair who convinced me to apply for this role instead of my original choice, saying it was a better fit. The recruiter was really nice. I then had an on-campus, in-person interview scheduled for 45 minutes. The interviewer was incredibly awkward and ended it 15 minutes early because he misread the time. It felt more like I was interviewing him. He didn't have business cards and gave me his incorrect email, so I had to get the right one from the recruiter. The following week, I was invited for a final interview at their office in Reston. Scheduling was a nightmare; I only found out my interview time the day before. I had lunch with another candidate and two junior analysts before three back-to-back interviews. The interviewers seemed very young and weren't great at asking questions. Nobody could explain what the job actually entails. It's been a month, and despite two follow-up emails, they haven't sent my rejection or reimbursement check.

Behavioral Presentation

I was interviewed at a college career fair and then invited to the Reston office for a full day of interviews. Both interview stages were pretty straightforward, focusing on behavioral questions, my past experiences, and my future career aspirations. On the day of the final interview, we (the other candidates and I) had lunch with current employees in similar roles, which was a great opportunity to connect. After lunch, I met with three other people in different positions to discuss their work and the responsibilities of the role I was applying for. One notable moment was when a senior person asked me to define NGO, which I found a bit strange. Unfortunately, I wasn't hired, and the recruiters never officially let me know. My follow-up emails to the main recruiter went unanswered.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had an initial interview on my University campus. It was about an hour and they asked behavioral questions. They said if I was eligible, I would get a callback for another interview with case-study questions. They have not followed up to schedule this interview yet, even though I was selected. They've contacted me twice to set up the interview, but then never followed through.
