Scheduling the initial interview was pretty simple. I got the recruiter's schedule and picked a time. The recruiter did reach out a few hours beforehand to reschedule due to a conflict, but that was also easily sorted. The actual interview was mostly just talking about expectations, not a deep dive into my past experiences. It was a bit of a bummer that after being promised a follow-up in a couple of days, I heard nothing back. Honestly, a quick 'no thanks' would have been way better than being ignored.

Went through campus recruiting. They gave a really thorough presentation about the company the night before. I was randomly matched with one of about six senior-level employees. My interviewer unfortunately happened to be the head of all college recruiting and asked some really tough questions. Some were administrative, but most were really in-depth behavioral questions. Lots of people apply for very few spots. The company's mission sounds awesome, but if the head recruiter isn't into you, you're basically done for. Compared to other, more well-known companies, the behavioral questions were a bit tougher.

I had a phone assessment about my background, then a phone interview. After that, there was an online assessment, and a typewriting report assessment. This was followed by a face-to-face interview. The final stage included training with a mentor for 6 months, and then working independently.
