It's a long hiring process. You'll probably wait about two weeks or more before you get your first home health case with Maxim. You should hold onto your current job until you start getting hours here.

Interview was in Plymouth, MA. Started with an office interview, then an in-person one. The whole process took way too long, over 2 hours. I met with a recruiter for over an hour and then a clinician for over an hour. They mentioned they only pay minimum wage during training. They acted like their training class was something special you had to get accepted into as a new nurse, even though it's standard training for the job. I had already told the recruiter I couldn't work 40 hours, but they kept pushing for me to work more than I said I could.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Aside from the typical 'where do you see yourself in a year?' question, it felt like I was taking a nursing test for the questions that took over an hour to get through.
