Applied through indeed. Received an email invitation for the interview. First, some basic Java questions were asked, followed by a practical test. This test had 4 practicals with a 1-hour time limit. I managed to complete only 2 of them. After the practical round, I was asked to pay a 50,000 deposit and sign a 2-year bond. The working environment also didn't seem good.

The company offers training and charges for it, basically their goal is to just call candidates for an interview, ask them questions and give a machine test, and then later tell them the offer. It's impossible to execute 6 different programs in 25 minutes, it's a fraud. I answered all their technical questions, next was a machine test where we had to execute 6 programs in 25 minutes. I did 2 successful executions but still they were unsatisfied. If you want training for 3 months by paying 15000 then only visit maxgen, it's not genuine. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

This company hired me as a developer, which was a great start to my career, especially as a fresher. I'd previously struggled to find a role and even used consultants. The interview process was satisfying, and I had referrals from current employees. The HR team was also very helpful.
