So basically I had this interview, and the HR started asking me some questions about Python, like, theory stuff. I knew some of it but not everything. Then, the HR told me they have this paid internship, it's for 6 months and they guarantee 100% placement. But to join, I gotta pay them 25,000 Rupees for the internship. She gave me a choice: either go for this paid internship or continue with the regular interview process. She kind of recommended I do the paid internship.

The first step was a chat with HR about my background and technical skills. Then, HR asked me some Python questions. A few days later, I heard back and was told I'd passed for round 2. Round 2 involved about 5-6 Python coding questions, focusing on things like strings and pattern creation. After that, HR extended an offer and we discussed the role and responsibilities more.

First they ask you to fill a form, then there's an HR interview with theoretical questions, basic for your language. If you pass the technical round, you'll get 3 out of 4 questions to solve in 30 minutes. However, they offer a paid internship where you have to pay them, which is unusual. It seems more like a learning institute than a company.
