I met with a supervisor first, then a manager for the second interview, and finally the general manager for the third. All interviews were in person and had about 5-10 questions each.

The interview process was simple. I got an application and filled it out at the restaurant. When I turned it in, they asked about my availability for an interview. I scheduled an interview for the next day with the general manager. The next day, we interviewed at the restaurant during a slow period. It was short, and they offered me the job at the end. I started working either that week or the next.
