First, I got an email directing me to their website to watch a 40-minute video about Maverick and the job. After the video, a recruiter called me to ask about my background and interest in trading and my past work. Then, I had to complete a trading profile about my experience. The last step was a final phone interview where they asked if I was okay with the startup costs. (Heads up, there are deposit and membership fees to join the company, and the cost depends on the market you'll be trading in - index, FX, options, etc.)

They had a pretty standard interview to see if I'd be a good fit for their trading program. The interviewer explained what they expect from new hires. Basically, you have to go through a big training program, and you only get more money if you hit certain performance targets. They really want to make sure people get how the program runs.
