The interview process included an HR round followed by three additional interview rounds. It's quite challenging to get through. The online test is easier to pass and score well on compared to other quant firms in Amsterdam. Quick mental maths and brain teasers were also part of the interviews.

I submitted an online application and watched a video. The video had some conflicting information about the job duties and what would be provided. They do a good job of promoting the company, but it's important to remember you'll be trading with your own money, not theirs, and they take a 20% cut only when your profits hit new highs. You bear all the trading risks. I received emails detailing the process and asking me to complete an Excel sheet with some questions about my trading profile.

They had a pretty standard interview to see if I'd be a good fit for their trading program. The interviewer explained what they expect from new hires. Basically, you have to go through a big training program, and you only get more money if you hit certain performance targets. They really want to make sure people get how the program runs.

It was mostly online, with a series of phone chats with a recruiter. We discussed my trading history and some of the strategies I've used. They seemed to want to see if I was open to learning and working as part of a team.
