First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Maven Recruiting Group.
Recruiter Coordinator
I had a multi step interview process with many people which can sound intimidating, but it allowed me a great peak at what company culture would be and who I would be working with! I was also given an assignment to complete before moving on to next phases. Overall it was a good process and I loved everyone I spoke to so I was happy to accept my offer with Maven.

- Can you elaborate on your responsibilities?

The whole interview process was smooth and positive until the in-person part. I was told I'd interview with two people for about 60-90 minutes total. I met Jil first, which was awesome, she was super professional. But then she told me the rest of the interview had to be rescheduled because of a scheduling issue. She said I should expect a call later that day to set it up. I waited almost 2 days and had to follow up myself. I finally got a reply saying they decided to move forward with someone else. I get their decision, but the issue was how they ended the interview abruptly and told me to expect a call soon... only to not get that call or finish the interview.
- Tell me about one of your most significant accomplishments.
- If you were part of a team, how would your teammates describe you and your contributions?
- What value do you bring to a team setting?
Recruiting Coordinator
I applied for the job on LinkedIn and also on their website. I got a call back within a few hours. The whole interview process wrapped up in about two weeks. The first onsite interview involved meeting and talking with my potential team. The second interview included two mock calls, one for inbound recruiting and one for outbound recruiting. After that, I had a brief chat with the CEO, who was really down-to-earth and easy to talk to. It took about a week to a week and a half for them to make a decision.
- What draws you to the staffing industry?
- What makes you want to pursue a career in recruiting?
- What interests you about Maven?
