They had me walk around the store and put together some outfits for different events. Then had an interview in their stock room. The interview went great, or so I thought! They said they would let me know either way within a week and then never reach out at all!

This was an internal hire, so I was already familiar with the company. The training was ongoing as I was already part of the management team. I interviewed with the District Store Manager and the Regional Store Manager. There was a screening process and a behavioral interview, which was pretty straightforward. I was asked to provide many examples and elaborate on the situations. The goal was to reveal my thought process, personality, and management style. The interview felt more like a casual chat than a formal question-and-answer session.

I had a great experience with the hiring process! I had a manager contact me to come in for an interview after applying for an associate manager position. The day I was going in for that interview she had found out a local Store Manager position was available. After spending time talking with her she felt I was perfect for that job. She forwarded my information to the DM with a strong recomendation for the position. Within a week I had an interview with the DM that was great and the next day I had the HR department calling to set up a phone interview. Within 3 days I had that interview and was offered the position. Everyone I have talked to has been very informative and friendly!
