It was in the back room, not styling a mannequin like you sometimes see. Pretty average overall, but they asked some confusing questions. They asked about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to handle conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers, and your accomplishments, etc.

It was a really nice and straightforward process, and everyone I met was friendly. They asked general questions, plus some about helping customers and fashion. I was a bit nervous because it was my first real job interview, but it turned out to be a good experience. They were mainly trying to get to know me.

I heard from someone else who interviewed around the same time and she also didn't hear back from the manager. The store manager brought me in pretty fast for an interview. It was done in the dressing room area of the store. She used the 'tell me a time...' type of interview method. She said I'd hear back that evening or the next day about training that would start soon. I never heard back. It's also worth noting the pay is really low, around $10/hr for only 5-15 hours a week, which honestly shocked me. My only advice is to actually reach out to people when you say you will. I got no emails or calls or anything.
