Applied via Indeed and had a phone call, then got 3 emails. A background check was done, followed by another phone call and email confirming I was hired and when to show up for training.

After submitting your application online or in-store, you'll typically have a simple 30-minute interview with the District Manager at the store. You'll fill out paperwork, which usually takes about an hour, and then be asked general sales questions and questions about why you want to work for Mattress Warehouse.

The 1st interview was a Zoom meeting with the Regional Mgr, I was then offered the position. I trained with a sales mgr about 2 wks then I was able to sell on my own, placed in a store alone within a month.
