The process has 2 steps. After submitting your resume, you'll get a call from HR at the company HQ. If you pass the phone interview, you'll be set up for a face-to-face with a District Manager. They'll ask you standard interview questions like 'tell me of a time when...', but they're looking for people who want to make a lot of money ethically. Basically, do you have the desire and drive to learn the craft and sell, and can you do it honestly and ethically?

First there was a phone interview with a Talent Specialist. If you passed that, you had a face-to-face interview with either the District Sales Manager or the Market Development Manager. After that, there was a follow-up with leadership, either the DSM or MDM. Then, the position offer was extended by the DM.
