Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Matters Graph.
Associate
It was a standard interview process. First, there was a panel interview, then a case interview, followed by a final round. After that, I met with the team and partners to discuss things further. It's pretty standard for consulting. It wasn't too difficult to get an offer, but it did take a long time.

- Can you do a case interview?

The initial interview was pretty misleading. It wasn't much of a chat and more of a really fast-paced question-and-answer session. The interviewer seemed like they were just going through a list of questions, even asking stuff I'd already covered. Honestly, it felt like they didn't want to be there, and the questions were a bit weird.
- Can you name 8 to 10 professional qualities you possess?
- What are some negative traits you have?
- Could you explain your interest in graphs?
Associate
The interview process can be lengthy yet rewarding. I went through five rounds of interviews before getting an offer. This experience helped me learn a lot about what the company does and its culture. It was rewarding to meet many people and understand the company better.
