So the interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an HR chat, then I had meetings with the hiring manager and the sales enablement manager. After that, we had a final meeting where they extended the job offer and we went over the onboarding details.

The process took about 3 months, with some gaps of up to 2 weeks between interviews. The recruiter wasn't great at scheduling or communicating changes. At one point, I thought I had a verbal offer and a timeline, but after two weeks, I found out someone else got the job. Overall, it felt like they didn't respect my time, and the recruiter's poor communication raised some concerns about how the company is run.

It was an easy, normal phone screen. I thought the conversation went well enough to warrant an in-office interview. However, after the phone screen, I never heard back, not even a formal rejection. Who knows? Maybe they're still thinking about bringing me in for that 1:1! HAHAHA
