Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was really disorganized and unprofessional. They had me meet with a director before the hiring manager, which felt like a waste of time. The director seemed to lack knowledge in her area. They also gave me an Excel test, but one of the questions was so difficult that the hiring manager admitted during the interview that I wasn't supposed to get it. After completing four steps, there was no follow-up or courtesy shown, even when I reached out. It really shows the company culture. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. I'm glad I ended up at a better company.

Behavioral Technical

It was one video interview with HR, then another with the Senior manager. After that, there was a 45min excel test. Overall, everyone was super friendly during the interviews. But the application process was really bad. They rescheduled interviews a bunch and would ask me to meet on super short notice, like just a few hours before. They also didn't respond to my messages until I made it to the next round.

Behavioral

The interview process involved a 30-minute pre-screen call with HR focusing on behavioral questions. This was followed by an interview with the direct manager, where HR was present and behavioral questions were asked. Not much was revealed about the job itself, and there was no focus on culture or the roles of team members. A second interview with the VP also consisted of behavioral questions. The overall process felt inefficient and lacked insight, taking nearly four weeks for a decision. It might be challenging for those accustomed to public or more established organizations due to its disorganized, startup-like feel.
